Yes, you just need to extract the contents of this zip file into the game folder of this game (or any other game) and that's it.
I agree with the person who said that Leah shouldn't be a side character. She should be worked into the main group when it makes sense. I understand Polly, Cynthia, (Joyce?) being side characters, but Leah is really appealing.

There is one on the PC in the MC's room, but I don't know whether the unlocker will unlock it, since it is build into the game.

I have a couple thoughts here. Before I put them. No I have no info or anything these just my thoughts. She could be in future qustline(i.e. Claire's or Diana) or a main questline. As for the MC keeping hermaybe he thinks she might come in handy, in case type of thing.

A small, but sorta annoying error I noticed with this most recent version is that Isabella's quest isn't available, but her quest in the log book makes it seem like she is.
