You can't disagree because it isn't an opinion, you simply don't understand. It being a sandbox DOES change the decision about Ava's future, no matter what you may wish for or want. The fact is that one can reach this point in the story in a myriad of ways, since it is mostly locked by the number of subdued LI and only a few specifically required ones. This creates a huge problem, since Ava is present in many of the LI's stories and each had to have the dialogue changed to match her new personality. Some of them would have to change rather drastically, since she is often rather antagonistic and rude in her actions and words. It requires a lot of work for little payout, especially because it could be solved by doing it the way it is done.

Not at all the same. The simple checks, just switch what they call you, but otherwise they are supportive of you, Ava isn't. Her personality would be completely different and would require a lot of rewrite for something many wouldn't see.
To solve this it’s actually quite simple: just make Ava’s mission appear only after you’ve already had the events with those characters. Isn’t it already like that anyway? Let’s say up until the current update there are 15 subdued, all you need to do is put in the code that the mission introduced in 0.21 to confront Ava can only be active once those conditions are met. I’m not saying to change what’s already been done with Ava before, but rather to change her latest update, so that by the end of it in 0.21 she has a different conclusion. This doesn’t conflict with anything.

The very reason for the sandbox is so people can choose which quests to take and in which order they like. Forcing people to play certain story lines even though they don't want to would go completely against that and would likely result in an uproar from many. You would also create a weird bottleneck that would seem really arbitrary once the game is complete and you can't have Ava appear in any upcoming quests that can be completed prior to the main quest, unless you make two versions of it, a subdued and a non subdued version. It simply is a bad call seeing it from a developer perspective.

Ava’s mission is part of the main story, and the main story already requires parameters with certain girls to move forward. Just because it’s a sandbox doesn’t mean you can choose whether or not to subdue that OSA agent, it’s required for the story to progress, same as with the woman who takes away the powers. You don’t get to choose there either, she’s necessary for the main quest. So there’s no problem at all with this point of the main story only being unlocked once you’ve progressed with the other girls. That’s just an excuse. But fine, if for you it’s ‘horribly impossible’ then we’ll just disagree.

Personally, I’d like to see a better conclusion for Ava, I think she deserves it. You think she doesn’t because ‘sandbox this’ or ‘sandbox that.’ Fine, we’ll end it here.

Requiring some LIs is quite different to requiring all up to an arbitrary point, especially if it isn't clear why, as it wouldn't be to newcomers. Both of the women you mention are also part of the main story line, not some separate quest. Sure there are still a couple of those, like Alice and your family, but for now people are still somewhat free to chose whether they would pursue most girls and taking that away would create a problem for some even if it won't for you.

At the end of the day, all I have been trying to say is, that you most likely won't see the change in Ava that you wish for, because there is a really good reason for it being like it is. Hoping for it is fine and all, until it becomes a disappointment when it doesn't happen. Again, we can't really disagree here, because all I have done is explaining the state of things and why they are likely to stay as they are. It isn't an opinion, it is just facts, no matter whether you believe it or not.

Is there anything to do with the new pool addition, there is never anyone ther?
The women you have living in your house can randomly be there and some of the new interactions with them can happen there.

The picture is most, but not all of them appearing there. Note that this will not happen in game, only a few of them will be there at any given time.

Amazing game! If I were to change something I would extend the lewd scenes' length (it could be just more text while looping the scene animation)

WHERE THE SAVE FILE PUT TO? I OUT IT TO GAME FOLDER, BUT CANT LOAD THE SAVE
Look for your saves in the folder indicated by these instructions. If you cannot understand English well, use DeepL or some other good translator.

in thse instructios "game directory" means the name of the game you are playing, so in this case Shattered Minds

Save files don't go directly into the game folder, they go in a folder called "saves" which is inside the folder called "game".

The appdata folder is a backup folder, it duplicates whatever is in the game/saves folder so you retain the files even if you delete the game itself.

(Also, you need to be on the right page of your saves when trying to load, so that save file posted above will be in position 5 on page 9.)

There is a conflict between having a sandbox game where the player is free to explore story threads in any order, and having an interconnected story where characters from one thread can appear in others, with three basic solutions:
- having crossover characters be static, so it doesn't matter where in their native story thread they are when they appear in another thread
- having more-or-less arbitrary progression blocks in individual story threads so that a crossover character is at the right stage in their development when they appear
- throwing time and money at the problem by including multiple variations of crossover scenes to support every possible stage the crossover character could be at

Of course, it's also possible to use combined or hybrid approaches - for example having three versions of a scene but progression gating it if the crossover character is too far behind (and progression gating the character's native thread to keep them from getting too far ahead) - and someday there might be a fourth option: setting up the rules to let the computer create appropriate versions of scenes that reflect character progress.

Each of the solutions has its own problems:
- static characters mean you're limited in what sort of stories crossover characters can have since they're not allowed to experience relevant character growth
- progression blocks both force the player to play blocking threads up to a certain point whether they want to or not, and are hard to make seem natural within the game
- throwing resources at it balloons the amount of work required for the same amount of play-time, and possibilities tend to grow exponentially, making it impossible to keep up as the number of independently ordered events grows.
