As for Melinda, with her it will be another way around. On her true route she will eventually come to a conclusion that Blake is that daughter she always wanted. Using him for sex would feel weird, and awkward. They both will be free to find someone else, but their personal bond will remain very strong. This is probably what the «best ending» could've looked like, if I planned one.

weired to call it best ending from you, i honestly can't imagine that unless you ignore melinda "sexually" but still on her side in a good way, that would be the best fitting end without awkwardness of sexual past between them.

basically melinda, with her aristocratic perverted bored mind she's looking for something fascinating which happen to be blake. after any sexual encounter between them a family would never be a good ending option. but how "kinda" this plot is going, blake being the slum trash and melinda the "Queen" i belive the most honorable to blake -if he's in love with her- and best fitting good ending between them is picking melinda's full interest thus making blake her personal secretary full time or any other excuse to keep him around her all day. because in a matter of sense it's hard for melinda to admit blake as an equal romance interest that how kida the story telling is.

You can now get locked on the bimbo route, and get on Suya's route as well, meet five new characters (one of which will get their own route eventually), and make lots and lots of important decisions. This is by huge margin the biggest update for Shattered so far.

How do you get bimbo route?

When you first meet with dr. Lowe, you either need specific number of bimbo points, or score enough points of his interest (basically tell him what he wants to hear. More in walkthrough). Then the next day you visit him again, and participate in hypnosis session, where bimbo Blake has to seduce his old self. Again, consult the walkthrough, if you have problems here. You need to get at least two answers right. If you did that, you'll get a new dream sequence with him in v0.10. If you succeeded the first time, you get locked on the bimbo route. If not, you can try to seduce him again, and if you're able to do that, you also get locked on the bimbo route.

No, Blake is a «solid» character for me, so he needs his name, and it's also used in several places as a pun, or in other type of wordplay, so changing it would affect some dialogues.

That'd be nice as alt tabbing between the game and a walkthrough kills the flow of a game for me ... but there's so many games out there so I imagine the few folks that do them are already swamped.

(shame it's not some kinda default setting in renpy where game authors can easily add them in and let people toggle it on if they want it...)

Not likely to happen.

Walkthrough mods tend to show optimal routes to get all content but it's impossible here, it has branching routes where certain choices block off content with other characters.

Think of it more like a date sim, you can only really be with 1 so a walkthrough mod wouldn't work unless you found someone willing to make several mods for each route.

It's just too much work.

It's good because we feel that our choices are meaningful...
But it's bad for a collector like me who want to see ALL the renders and details when I play a game as it forces me to restart the game a lot to see all the minor variations, which is annoying as it takes a lot of time, for both the players AND the Dev (who has to do renders for ALL those branchs for each updates)

I'm actually working on a wt mod for the game but it will take a bit to finish since there are a fuckton of paths and decisions.
