There are only a few more updates left until it's finished, it isn't a small game.
There are several routes and they are all a few hours long, depends what kind of content you are looking for.

I started playing the 0.10 version and I spent several evenings playing through it and that was aiming for just one route; there's a lot of content!

I feel 99% of the content is just Blake's monologues though, I like knowing what they're thinking about but dear lord this is driving me insane. Also, there seems to be a push from the game for you to fuck men otherwise you're not a "true" sissy.

Might this be that you've edged into one of the bimbo routes ?
Or one of the very submissive routes under Kushari, Taeng or the boys ?
I'm attempting the Vanessa true route and there is very little push towards encounters with males
I think the Iris route is similar
And the Melinda one as long as you confound Dr Lowe

I did mess around a bit with kushari at first until I realized she's a piece of shit.
Right now I'm messing around with taeng and suya. honestly can't say for sure if I'm following a certain route.

Never been pushed into sex with men apart from my Liam save and he's the only guy Blake bangs, no 3some for Liam.
On my Vanessa, Iris and Melinda runs they have all been pure female with no push anywhere else. A couple of guys ask Blake out or proposition but nothing too severe.
On my Suya route it's only her I have any scenes with.
My Bree route is a bit all over the place, i've got Taeng, the doctors wife who's name I forgot already and fooled around with Tanya and Coco.

I'm not sure but I think dabbling with Kushari and Taeng will increase your submissive side a lot and it might be that
If you want a very safe, non-male, route Vanessa's is probably the most straightforward once you've got past the house fire just keep being loyal to her and most else falls into place;

That's the thing tho, I don't see why being a bimbo or submissive would mean you're interested in men. It's why I dropped Kushari's route the whole Gloryhole thing was such a turn off I rolled back and said no and started avoiding her altogether.
The two most memorable times I felt this, is when Rebecca asked something about hooking blake up, and I had 3 options, there was no option to say she's only interested in women, and the one that said she's not interested in men is followed by "I'm not gay" implying blake still believes she's a man.
The second time, the same thing, Melinda asks blake if she would marry a man she'll choose for her I replied No, It's weird that after banging lots of chicks and not a single man Melinda wouldn't consider that blake is a lesbian, but of the possible answers I can give none of them allow me to clarify that fact. And Melinda was "disappointed"

I think being a bimbo means you might be expected to be indifferent to where any sexual satisfaction comes from and therefore possibly interested and certainly worth approaching
I think being extra sumissive means that anyone dominant male or female might decide to move in. Also with Kushari dominant she clearly expects Blake to do whatever Kushari wants to whoever Kushari thinks is appropriate.

Played the updated (Suya's route) and it was great. Start by saying kudos to Yeda for making such a divergent branching choice in this episode.

I recommend everyone download a hotfix for script12.rpy file from the v0.12 directory in my Mega folder, because I fixed some errors, and (most) typos. There weren't any game-breaking bugs, but in some very rare occasions you could've seen unintended dialogues or even scenes.
Iris went to the slums because this was her last chance. The border between the slums, and the city is getting stronger, and soon it's gonna be impossible to get through. She had to try to save her friends.
To answer some of your questions, Bree does explain how she met Zoey in one of her dialogues, although I don't remember exactly which. Basically, she was hoping to visit Blake one day, but he wasn't home, so instead she knocked on Zoey's door, and they've been hanging out since then.
