I just published the new demo on Patreon, in which I updated an old bimbo dream event. It is now much bigger, much better, and features some options to choose from. Believe it or not, rewriting old scenes actually takes more time than writing a new one, because I have to think really hard how much of the old dialogues I want to keep (usually, ~20%).
Oh, and if you're curious, as of right now the game officially has 12201 full renders, and I wish I knew how it stacks against other big games. It's gotta be above average, right?

I would be surprised if there are many VNs as big as shattered. I also have no fixed numbers though. Shattered is special for sure.

Man is this game hard to get into, I think I'm on my 5th playthrough (that I started ages ago). 1st one I made the choices I liked - didn't really get the content I was after. Second, I tried to make some "smart" choices knowing a bit more about what was going on. Third, I tried making Blake just be slutty. Fourth, I used the WT, which wasn't fully helpful, but did learn you gotta avoid Vanessa to get with Iris. Fifth I just went fuck it and start flipping variables wildly with URM, haha.
So much stuff will be hard to see coming like if you don't do one random thing weeks ago, then you won't go to a gym so then won't bump into a particular character to start their route and things. Also the plot kept flipping around through all the various locations and random threads that feel like they were never really fully developed or pulled on, but maybe it's all been building up to something smartly and I've just not clocked it yet. It does seem to have found some stability since the Deliverance stuff started, but if that all falls apart and Blake ends up on the Moon or something then I'm done, haha. Characters could seem like main ones but then just faded away while new ones or minor ones started being more focused on. I have now finished 0.22 and consider that quite an achievement, though I see there's been another update so will check that out shortly.
I feel like the only one who coulda made it all make sense with a WT mode woulda been Sancho, real sad he's not around any more. I hope it at least gets a gallery at some point. You can go look at the images but given there's not many renders per scene and it's more about the writing that's somewhat hollow.
On the plus side there's tons of characters that I like so it was worth sticking with it. To try and get it all straight in my head I'm going to go through them, in rough order of how much I like them.
Gillian - probably my favourite, especially once the toy route kicked in and could be more in control of her. I really do hope she gets real needy and whatnot like was hinted at. I think I'd pick her as the main LI if possible, glad she started appearing more at one point as there was a long time with out her really being about at all.
Rebecca - I really liked when she chilled out and had some character development. I keep hoping she'll have more of a real thing with Blake, but not sure if that's where stuff is going, I'm also kidna up for her getting totally mindfucked by Dominique.
Erica - probably gets the bronze. I really want to learn more about her backstory with Dominque. I'm glad to see her having more of a thing with Blake now since she's gotten a dick upgrade.
Trish - absolute hotty, but I didn't ever see her leaving the doc. I do wonder if she'll come back around or if their stuff will just be online chats for now.
Iris - initially was someone I was really gunning for, old pink hair dressed like a ho slums Iris was great. But as her hair colour has gotten more tame over time, she's just become really boring. It's more that's who she always was and can kinda live as she pleases but nowadays I really dislike her, she seems worse than Dominque in ways.
Quinn - is just a hotty, but with her vibe I don't see her ever taking a dick, but maybe Blake can flip it on her at some point.
Taeng - I liked, was a shame we lost her to Reese (who I was never fussed by). Was very surprised when she reappeared, but I get a feeling she won't be back again.
Barbara - super hot, but then I dunno if she's just done since she found out who Blake is, shame.
Monica - combining the porn plus her having subby stuff means she's got some potential for hot stuff down the line.
Kushari - was alright, interesting to see her at the end, I mainly just like her for the Mom stuff and enjoyed it when Blake would think/dream about her fucking other girls.
Melinda - I think is technically the LI in my playthrough but just because there wasn't a better alternative, will happily ditch her for someone else, I'm mainly just interested in her relationship to others like Rebecaa or Dominque.
Dominque - feels a little one dimensional, but is the driving force being a lot of the great stuff. Her + Gillian + Rebecca was prob one of the best scenes.
Aoife - I'm not really sure her deal, but I coulda been into her maybe but totally missed her as a character, no idea how you were supposed to start her whole shebang.
Tafia - what happened to her? I feel like I missed something, I have a vague memory of her popping up in deliverance after the slum stuff but then nothing.
Liam - too boy coded for me so never got things going with, but I might regret that as they seemed a bit more fem later on.
Jasmine - surprised me that she became so prevalent... not that fussed by her but she's alright, might try to get her with Iris maybe.
Hannah - not a character I was drawn to, but she's pretty enough. Nothing really much going on with her to make you go one way or another with.
Vanessa - never really did it for me other than some potential for weirdness if her and Iris interacted.
Tanya/Zoey - I think I pissed off one of them at some point so they've not been a part of things since pretty early in the game, but I'm not really fussed they never stood out to me.
Bree - sadly I didn't like her early on, but it seems later she got some kinda subby stuff at the ever end there, so maybe I should stuck with more.
Suya - I never liked so avoided.

This game has a lot going on. I think it's easier to follow if you already have a save file halfway through or close to the current end, but when you start a new game, there are so many possibilities that it becomes overwhelming. The walkthrough we have is useful, but there's a lot more going on here than in other games. I totally understand people not wanting to check a guide every time they have to make a choice.
On my first playthrough, I went in without looking anything up, just picking the choices I wanted. I recommend playing like this at least once, as I think it's more enjoyable and much less stressful. That being said, other saves where I want to focus on a particular path can be very overwhelming if I'm starting a new game, so I've been saving some particular paths for later when their endings are released.
Since you posted your opinions on the characters, here are some random ones from my experience:
Iris: I agree she was very interesting early on, but I think after our adventure in the suburbs, she's become a bit boring in both her normal and NTR routes. Maybe it's her new look or the fact that she even considered Stewart; it made her seem more mature than in the beginning, but it also made her more boring for me. I hope in the future she finds a compromise between who she was and who she is now.
Bree: She is someone who didn't really catch my attention at first but has since become a favorite of mine. There's a lot of character development going on with her.
Quinn: I love her looks, and I wish she had her own route, whether a normal relationship or a femdom one. Still, at least we get to see her with Melinda.
Dominique: I like her as well; her route is interesting.
Rebecca: She is very interesting, but I am not sure where her story is going. She's the character I have changed my opinion about the most, from disliking her, to feeling bad for her, to rooting for some character development, and now being intrigued by her path with Dominique.

Eww just no, portrayed as a strong girl early on with "feelings" for MC that has gone through shit (like every LI in this game mind you) but comes back to be on the top by becoming a little good girl for her Sugar Daddy (who could be her Grandpa) if you are not on her path.
This whole Character just gives me the icky vibes, and that is kinda special if you think about the other LI's who are even more deranged than her.
I'm just hating now ...

Hah looks like i need to get back into the game then ...
(cause i was one of the crybabies back in the day that wanted to see that old ass sucka dead, instead of having his greasy fingers on MC's bestie, which he probably still does if you are not on her path, but better than seeing that drama being him play out)

Quinn does have her own route, which isn't specifically mentioned in the walkthrough but it does meet pretty much all route requirements, as you get content with her regularly. And if Blake is a domme, you can even train her a little (and there's a scene for domme Blake who owns Gillian, which I personally enjoyed making a lot).
As for Iris, I think I pushed her reasoning to become «boring» pretty hard. She spent her formative years being a toy for a brutal and not particularly concerned about her wellbeing criminal leader, so I'd say it makes sense for her to search for stability and peace in her life. Even then, she's still adventurous and keeps exploring places she shouldn't be at. Plus, she has certain kinky fetishes Blake can fulfill if you wish.

Quinn got some good stuff this update. I guess I'd missed the first domination scene but the second was nice, Melinda getting into it was very unexpected. I've always been a bit irked by her dommy thing, if she could now be brought to heel that'd be fantastic. The real prize though was setting bestgirl Gillian on Quinn, that was a hot scene. She got around this update also getting to hook her up with Monica, so that was a treat. Also using her to break up Iris and Stu, so versatile.
I'm not playing that route but the whole pregnancy thing is interesting, I wonder if you can go offscript and get Blake knocked up by Erica, Trish, Kushari or another dickgirl. It sucks that Blake couldn't impregnate Erica but just had to watch Conrad do it (who I've never liked).
I presume it just ends on a black screen for everyone after Dominque says something about discussing your future. I saw there was an (early?) end kinda thing if you were her slave, all kinda bad ends for the characters so hopefully we can avoid them.

I'm still figuring if I want to extend the pregnancy path beyond Dominique's route. I recently had a Patreon poll in which most people said that they actually want to see Blake with a belly, but there were also quite a few of votes from people who don't want to see this at all, so I gotta make a choice at some point.
This is where the game ends, yes. After that, you'll get your ending, and there's only one finished yet. As for other characters, not all of them get «bad» endings, and even on Dominique's path the only character whose fate you can't influence is Erika.

If you do it, please make it very clear and unmistakable which decision will lead to preg. It is great that you offer so many choices and that a lot of them are so ambiguous that you cannot really see what will the effect be.
With all the "normal" kinks that are in so far this is a good thing that keeps the story as good and interesting as it is.
But topics like beast, preg and ntr are a lot more sensitive imho.
If a decision turns out hours later to be the reason for preg content, that might cause some frustration. But if there is a clear disclaimer at the point of choice, no one can say he has not been aware.
