Well, here's the thing: this stuff will only appear in the ending anyway, and there's a limited number of characters who could potentially impregnate Blake. Most routes not only don't have such potential in physical sense, but never actually explore this subject even in the most abstract fashion.

The way I am planning to tackle on this matter as of now is to let Blake watch a TV show in one of the early acts which mentions pregnancy and then muse about whether or not the idea excites Blake. Then, if you make the positive choice, you get to see a dream in which this happens, and you you either develop this thought further or or shut it down. Seems like a pretty clear progression to me, but it will take time to implement — and, of course, you'll have to start the game all over again.

I understand and very much appreciate that you want to stay true to your artistic vision and want to smoothly integrate it into your narration.

But sometimes a big fat blinking warning sign that says "IF YOU CHOOSE THIS, BLAKE WILL END UP PREGNANT!!!!" also has it's charm, you know. Especially if it is earlier on when it may not be really obvious to people that Blake as a male could become pregnant later on.

Just my 2 cents. The way you plan it is of course way more elegant and fits better into the rest of the narration.

Either way, I am very much looking forward what you still have in store for us!

I would honestly redownload if I were you, try a different source.

My plan right now is to finish the game and then put it up for sale on Steam or something. This complete version will be full, with all content I’ve made.
But I’m still far away from this day.

i recently started the game an noticed the latest walkthrough does not match with my version of the game. compared it with the v21 walkthrough and i saw some scenes were removed in the later version. how does this affect the gameplay? im only at act 2 but i notice some differences.

I have never removed any scenes but I did alter a lot of the early events. However, I can't answer your question unless you tell me which version you're using.
