I noticed a small bug. After you finish having sex with the yoga lady, if you don't tell her the truth and act like the "victim", the next scene goes back all the way to the end of her route, where you suck off the big tattoo lady you work with, and then, you meet the yoga lady again for the first time after the elevator scene.
