Hello I have downloaded another persons full save that they gave. How do I put it in my game? I'm struggling lol

Just copy it into the main game folder.
(Do not think this will happen here, but if somehow the game can not see the new save, then save yourself into some other savegame slot, load that new save of yours and now the game should see all saves that are present)

ARe their event more townfolks CGs other than bath scenes? I'm on layer three and haven't seen a new sex event other than monster fucking.

In town: human, in the wilderness: mostly monsters, some humans/ humanoids
hm? I think the DLC is just the sex-scenes restoration patch?, and that is of course in the download from here.
Does anyone know how to get to the third layer? im stuck since the fortune teller tells me to go deeper which i have but after killing the troll it blocks me.

most likely you need to report back to the halfling chief.
if it isn't that, then I can only speculate: maybe you need to be of higher rank? (either adventurer or alchemist or both?)
