Hello I have downloaded another persons full save that they gave. How do I put it in my game? I'm struggling lol

Just copy it into the main game folder.
(Do not think this will happen here, but if somehow the game can not see the new save, then save yourself into some other savegame slot, load that new save of yours and now the game should see all saves that are present)

ARe their event more townfolks CGs other than bath scenes? I'm on layer three and haven't seen a new sex event other than monster fucking.
