Just finish my first playthrough of the demo. (Actually more like i was surprised this is a demo and it ended once you reach 30% relationship with 'The Shark Girl'.)
The grind seem fine so far. Maybe because my first playthrough was on easy mode, will try the game again on hard mode.
Really like the puzzle minigame in library.
Haven't tried the gambling yet because i was too busy gambling entire hospital budget on Uncle's loot boxes (I spent 20k$ in one go, didn't get jack shit. Just like my actual luck rate in gacha)
I feel like when comparing to other aspects of the game, the 'Shark Girl' relationship interaction feel quite lack luster. Since all you need to do is keep her well fed everyday and her mood and relationship will steadily improve by itself, I wish there would be more interactions that i could do that actually affect the stats in this demo.
The difference between H CG and normal CGs and sprites is somewhat inconsistent. Maybe because of the perspective, but it don't mind me that much yet.
I got quite lost in the first few days, since i didn't fully pay attention to the prologue's dialogues to notice the highlighted text to visit Uncle's place. So i spent my first 3 days just fixing the house, ilding around until i can sleep then repeat till i ran out of money. Once i was out of money, i just click anything i can do until i reached Uncle's place, that's when i was able to progress the story. I think you should maybe add a reminder prompt to remind players like me to visit Uncle after they purchase the first house upgrade.
I was lost at the hunger/food mechanic too as i was dying from starvation. Since i didn't know the grocery bag is actually food item, i thought it was like somekind of upgrade item or something. So i kept working in hospital until i thought it would unlock the other food item so i can buy. I only bought the grocery bag until when i was like 1 day away from dying from starvation to realize that was the food item once the day end. I believe adding some description on each item could be really helpful and maybe a tutorial on shop too could help.
I also found couple bugs while on first playthrough:
The pharmacist's salary button sometime won't let me press, i think if the money is under 150-200$, it won't let you recharge even if you have enough to recharge it.
If you press the map button while you are still inside the house, it will prompt the tutorial despite not showing the map menu.

While i tried to reenact the bug again, this time it broke the game.
