Apparently, there's a revent translation for this game by SVN but it's Machine Translated. Sounds like we might need to wait for yours if we want a quality translation.
I've played multiple bishop games translated by SVN and the quality is fine for Nukige. In my opinion, SVN is the best vn machine translator out right now and all the games are conformable to play/read as long as the story's not too convoluted.Apparently, there's a revent translation for this game by SVN but it's Machine Translated. I've looked at recordings of some of these and this is pretty true, it's like 70-80% of the way there and the stuff that's missing is usually small bits of nuance every couple lines. The biggest problem seems to be misidentifying words, whether it be a bunch of kanji strung together as a makeshift compound or one of the more difficult conjugations, which is the -chau form (the informal/short form of -shimau) or occasionally it'll break apart words or phrases in ways that are common or normal but don't make sense in context. Maybe it's because I do translation that this kind of thing drives me nuts and I just wanna go in there and fix things, which is an idea I might look into for some of these machine translated ones, after I'm done with this project.I've played multiple bishop games translated by SVN and the quality is fine for Nukige. Yeah, I can agree that this type of translation works well with nukige most of the time. It's just there's tons of inconsistencies when the translation fails to form a sentence. If you have to restructure the sentence in your head then you know there's a problem with the translation.I've played multiple bishop games translated by SVN and the quality is fine for Nukige. The pronouns are one thing, but this that you're talking about isn't even hard to fix. It's literally a 5-second fix using a word replacer. It's hard to have any respect for those patchesIn another game, they have problems keeping with the character names. At one point, the character is called Ria, then she's called Lia and later, she's now Lea.
My guy, don't expect quilty from an MTL translation. Sugoi is good but it's not good enough to read IMO it's still way too literal and what you were talking about on he and she.Yeah, I can agree that this type of translation works well with nukige most of the time. I've also played their translation of Kutsujoku (a Bishop title) and there were tons of problems with how they refer to each character. The girls are considered as 'he', the main character is a 'she' and they often confuse to who's doing what. For example, when it's supposed to be the main character who's doing the action, it gets referred to the other person instead and vice versa.

They even have problems referring to who's genitalia it belongs to and that happens to all the SVN games I've played so far.
A very valid way to TL this.恭香「ほら……また、都合のいいように考えてっ……\n く、んんっ……そう思い込んでればいいんだから、\n 単細胞は楽よねっ……!」
Kyouka: "Hora... [again], [conveniently][thinking]... ku, nn... [being convinced of that is good][so], [easy to be so simpleminded]... !
It's a little difficult to explain the exact meaning of "tsugou no ii you ni kangaeru". Roughly, it refers to the idea that a person can interpret a situation in a way that favors themselves. In this scene, MC has his fingers up Kyouka's vagina and mentions how Kyouka is suddenly talking a lot more than she was before, implying that his fingering has more of an effect than she's willing to admit. She then tells him to fuck off and he's an idiot, but I'm not quite willing to write it like that lol
Kyouka: "There you go again... anything to boost your ego... ku, ngh... You're so obsessed with yourself, it must be nice to have such a one-track mind... !"
thanks :]A very valid way to TL this.
Assuming it's one of those; I hate this, but I secretly love the shit out of it.
Keep up the good work
ehh basically no. I'm back in school and I'm currently behind in classes >.<Any update so far?
Nice! I still recommend learning a little Japanese because sometimes the machine doesn't parse compound words properly and learning how to check them yourself can be useful, but it's a big commitment.Way to go! I'm in a similar boat right now, but I'm just editing MTL and don't have any real translation skill... regardless, Bishop games are a goldmine and more of them should be properly localised for us degenerates.
