This is Skyrim with a bunch of mods like SexRim, new body models, new clothes, etc. You choose partners, choose their poses, shoot, edit - and you're done.
If you want to try shooting something like this, I recommend trying the sandbox mode in the game Wild Life. It is not easy to assemble the correct mods in Skyrim so that everything fits together and works stably, and with WL you just need to launch the game.
