Sure, Chinese can do the art better if you mean slavishly aping Japanese or Korean style (Korean being Japanese style where everyone is made of vinyl and covered in oil), but their writing (or at least the translation of it) is utter shit. At least for porn games. It's also mostly true for their non-porn games, but some like Honkai/Genshin games are at least tolerable because they hired actual western localizers to make it decent.
