This game is really very interesting, a new aspect of a version of the Naruto universe, no mind control, heavy corruption and this time, being focused on romance, it's being a great new experience, as you said, we already have Jikage Rising (+Mind Control) and Kunoichi Trainer(+Corruption) among others, now in this one, in which we will experience how the MC is slowly conquering the hearts of girls, creating a true bond without shortcuts, it will be very exciting!

Dont rush the sexual content dev.
It's a romance work so naturally there shouldn't be sexual content for a while (Otherwise the girls come off as sluts).
There should be development before they get into the nasty so please dont bend to pressure.

Wouldn´t make much sense for Naruto or Sasuke to get laid either. Sasuke ain´t interested in romance and Naruto wants Sasuke´s D.

if i had to offer a suggestion for a reason why Tayuya would stick around how about.
she didnt die when Temari fought her(obviously). afterwords she tries to go back to orochimaru but because of her failure or whatever other reason he tries to kill her but she manages to get away. after that she's spent most of her time on the run and eventually finds herself coming across MC. maybe saves her life and its reason enough for her to get close to him esentially using the idea of getting whatever allies she can get.
from there romance or whatever relationship they could have can build up. maybe she into being dommed instead of romance as an alternative considering her aggresive personality. then again who knows.
wether or not she ends up going to the village under Mc's watch or is someone he can meet up with outside the village is up to you. but yeah, its just my suggestion.

maybe she was found, suffered amnesia and thats why she could have been at the village this entire time?

yeah i was just saying cause i think this game starts in the shippuden time frame. so if thats the case Tayuya would've been dead for 2 years at least in the original storyline.
but yeah i dont care what reason she is in the game as long as she is in it

but yeah i agree she's usually barely mentioned. that what happens when your a side character meant to die.
if Naruto was the protag in this game the swing we see in the flashbacks would be a LI since that thing got more screen time then tenten.

Edit: looked it up and was reminded of Yūgao Uzuki.
also there are ALOT of characters in that thing apparently.
