i did got the medical supplies from the forrest and then am i told i have the hospital access but still cant get in am i doing something wrong ?

Once you did the quest for Shizune, she should give you the authorization, then you just need to talk to the receptionist at the Hospital so she can check your authorization, then you can get in. Also make sure you're not using a save from 0.1.
i did and i wasnt using an old save i had to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to work
These are just permanent notes, actual hints would be under those lines. Check the girls stats page or the notes, everything should be there. I don't know which event you've done but try complimenting the girls.
Great job so far. Well done art. Decent character line up. (Id love to see Temari in the game.) Im all for some imersive build up but just dont drag it out like Innocent Witches. (A great well made game with beautiful art and plenty of content. But my lort do it drag out just to see a boob.) I feel like its fair to assume most folks here want the goods. So I suggest a sexual build up. Start at hand job. End at anal. And everything inbetween as rewards. Build enough relations with multiple girls for two ways, three ways, and orgies. I like what you did with the girls at specific locations at certain times. Work that into the sex. Like Tsunade being at the hot springs. Great place to smash her no doubt. But maybe in her office would be cool too. Or both shizune and tsunade in the hotsprings or office given enough relationship status. I see a lot of potential here and what little you do have blows the other naruto games here out of the atmosphere with just the art alone. (Lookin at you Jikage Rising.) If I could suggest. I would try to emulate Summertime Saga. The ammount of stuff you can do with just one person in that game is just beautiful and is one of the key factors in how that game is brought to life. That and dont be affraid to crack a joke. Dumb jokes make lonley people like me smile. haha look at me ramble. youve done very well so far. Im gonna be watching this like a hawk with all of the best wishes. Good luck!

Thank you for such a motivating comment ! No worry Temari will be there. I don't plan to do that, I just want a believable build up first, I know most people just want the sex scenes but hey I don't see the point without any relations with the characters.
Yes, scenes won't be limited to a single location. I'm working alone on this project and not full time so I can't have scenes for each characters each update. That's why I made a poll on Patreon to know the most wanted girl. (which won't be featured in the next one)
As for the gallery I had that in mind, I do have a placeholder button at the main menu for that. I'll need to figure this out !
