I can't get this game to open, it tells me "script exception raised, the object is already invalidated", tried using the gameupdate file and also tried manually updating it with gitgud, i setup locale emu with and without admin and it still gives me the same message

As far as I know, if it's published in Japan, it must be censored. As long as this game is not published outside of Japan, there will be no official uncensored version.
