theres a bug where every time i go to the beach the game assumes Evelyn is there with me and i cant talk to the lifeguard

How long does it take for a homeless guy to find a burglar? A month? he just doesn't call. bug?

Lifeguard fix coming soon. Homeless guy should call you late night when you sleep, if it's not working could you send me your save file?

Are you sure this is the right save file? This save file contains an early part of the game, there's no progress with any character in this yet.

Are there any hidden conditions for the homeless guy to call? ( I mean progress with new girls or something besides the prompts in the menu that indicate he should call)
