You need to download UNREN and install it in main game directory.
Run UNREN and enable developer console.

Then SHIFT+D in game opens developer console with list of variables.
SHIFT+O opens console

Lessions=50

That's it, done.

seems cant progress with teacher, lilly or neighbour until grades are better

You need to be more specific, also keep in mind that you need several study sessions with Amber to complete that mission (I understand that she has to get an A) and that you can only watch TV with Lily some nights because the others are for watching it with Evelyn.
