I suspect that fixing some of Evelyn's bugs has caused Lili's bugs. The same thing is happening to me. I can't even search for the Marauder because all the quests related to Lili are then deleted, and that's exactly what I need to progress with her and other characters.

Second, if I search for the lurker after midnight, both this and all the Lili-related quests are no longer available.

I found a bug with the Expensive Car (the Blue Car): when I went to the club with it, and then tried to come back, the game crashed (in the afternoon or evening). One thing that is definitely annoying is the use of the car. Because if I go to work by car at the bar/club and I come home at the end of my shift alone or taking the bartender home, for what insane reason I/we should go there walking, having to go the next day to pick her up !
