I am stumped how to join the livestream with Lily again? For the current update, just says the door is locked.
Hi, impossible to meet jessica, the club is closed 12-2pm, i tried by night, but when i click on her she only sell me beer and vodka ! Any idea ?

Work at the club, and if she asks you to help with something, then agree to help several times
Tuesday and Saturday at 23:00, check if you need to progress with Evelyn to continue Lily's questline.
If you're talking about getting the job, go to the bar by foot or bus between 12:00-14:00.
For rep with Jessica, Click the dollar icon to work - events are semi-random and not guaranteed with every work session - higher chance of events Friday-Saturday it seems.
Edit: And if you get Judith events 'Keep Working', and You need 6 influence with Jessica for the first event

You can when she's in the livingroom watching TV at daytime. She's there on Monday&Wednesday 2pm, Sunday 9am
I don't notice any changes compared to the previous version. I can play for hours doing the same things without anything new happening. I have a great appreciation for this game, but I think the grind is getting a bit too much now.
There're +350 new rendered images added to the game, this update focus on Lily. You can go to the Cinema with her, you can go Shopping with her. Almost every scene with her at home updated and added sex scenes. If you lost, try using the tips in the phone if you haven't yet.
I guessed as much, but as I said - i get no prompt to do so. Perhaps I need to progress somewhere to unlock those options ? If so... where and with whom ?

You need to buy the Upper class car and her likeness needs to be 10 or higher. After that there should be a scene where she reacts to your new car then you should be able to ask her in the livingroom if she needs a ride somewhere. If you get no option then send me your save file and I'll check.
