To start the game I need to run in Japanese locale, is this to be expected?

Fixed my issue last night while playing. On Windows 10 I had to go to control panel > clock and region > region > administrative tab > change system locale > then I unchecked the "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8..." option which I must've checked sometime in the past. After that my computer restarted and it worked fine without needing to use locale emulator.

usualy extracting the image, redrawing it and placing it back in the packages. depending on the artist and the contract details for comissioned images, there might be an original uncensored file so the censored one is simply replaced without any touch up work. but generaly japanese laws forbid all adult genitalia from being shown uncensored.

There more ez way. On GitHub have plugin for... don't remember for what. It's doing uncensoring any images by AI.
