I got the initial encounter after doing some of the 100 trust quests, so maybe it's tied to completing a certain amount of those, or one in particular? I'm not sure which one that would be, though. She was waiting at the cemetery for the first call. As for encounters after the first, you get a doll you can use when you sleep to trigger a call the following day.

Does anyone happen to know how to trigger the event for the new demon, Mary? She's supposed to be in the game, but she doesn't show up to me. I am also experiencing some issues which I don't know if they are related to the download, my save file or the translaion. It freezes in the dolls' bond quest, in some sections, it froze when interacting with the harpy... it lowkey blows

If you already triggered the phone call before it was translated,then you need to go to the cemetery and she should be there. If you haven't then I'm not sure.

Have you finished all the previously available content, demon missons and all? If you do all of that it should pop up when you leave the church. When I loaded my save before it was translated, I went outside the church and instantly got the phone call.

I ended up getrting in touch with Alan (game creator) in his discord server to check, because I also ahd issues of game bricking and such. I needed the doll's quest, but it was frozen because every time I'd go, the game would just brick. Turns out if you obtain an unappraised item in the small section before the boss, since the game doesn't register the place as a dungeon, it places the item's data as unknown and it bricks the quest and game when you reach a certain point after the boss.
So that might be worth considering. They already know the issue, so it'll be fixed by the next version that comes out. In the meantime avoid those enemies, delete any appraisal items that drop from the enemies or go to another dungeon to let the 'unknown' parameters overwrite with the data of the dunguon (that's what they said)

I added another modification to the Mod I made to the game, this time to add the option, while being squeeze in My Room by a Demon girl, to "# Force-Squeeze only 1 Round (in temp. Husk!)". This option temporarily sets you to Husk, does only 1 round of squeezing, then returns you back to the choice menu (+1 Ejaculation). Helpful to:
- Simply go 1 more round with the Girl, instead of being forced to waste all your Ejaculations at once
- Be able to go 1 round even while already in Husk state (can be helpful for Trust grind or quick SP grind)

Tried using your mod, but it gives me an error of can't load js/plugins/TMMineSweeper.js
That file doesn't exist, but the game without the mod isn't looking for it and loads fine.

Are you sure you got the right Mod version for the right game version? (keep in mind, all the versions include the TR patch from Shrifted).
