I think it's because the position of the hands/arms and the braids. The eyes are also blue but brighter and have different shape. I like to think this elf girl is the elf version of one of my favorite characters in space paws. I would pay for a furry version of Alison or a human one of Maya.

Hmmm judging by the pose and outfit, the elf must belong to a noble family too, maybe she’s also a queen, princess or who knows, I think they didn’t specify so we can only wait and see. Both of them look gorgeous, thanks for posting both pics together.
