i think they are only 2 people doing that. It also has full animated H-scenens and not just pics. I think that also the reason why it takes so long. The good quality of the scenens is what takes so long.

Development Diary #101 (Dalmatians)
Hi guys! It's been a while since the last development diary, so we think it's a good moment to check how the development of the update is going. Here we go!
Apart from all this, we've been also developing a small and silly minigame that I'm sure many of you already have played, but just in case, it's on Wetpussygames and Newgrounds
Here below, you also can check a pic of how Sex Battles attacks gallery will work. Basically, once you select a succubus on the gallery, you will be able to repeat the Sex Battle or go to the Sex Attacks gallery. Then you should see something like this. Here, you can select all the attacks Ulaithel performs against Nulkan. You have to select last option "Change Attacker" to see the attacks Nulkan performs against Ulaithel. All attacks will be available once you defeat the Succubus, no matter if you didn't see some of them.
And to finish, we have a little gift for Mages tier that we'll post in a few weeks. Nothing big but we consider this tier deserves more rewards and we are working on it. We'll post a small teaser before so you can decide if you want it or not. It's also likely that after some time we'll also make available for Cavalry tier.
And now yes, that's all for today. As you can see we've been working on several stuff, and what's more important we're pretty happy with the results on each of those things
So, we keep at it!

I was wondering why they didn't post the fox girls animations on Patreon as they usually do.
I can guess why now.
