Same here. I'm running the compressed version. Some scenes run better than the others. But overall the scenes are lagging a lot. Never had this problem before.

Me I like a challenge - and she is a tough nut to crack. But once you do she's gonna be perfect. (for what I / for what we like / prefer / have in mind). But alas, tastes vary and that in itself is a darn good thing!
One thing I will agree w/ you however - everytime I see that Janeway character I'd like to flush her out of the next airlock... That one I wouldn't touch w/ a ten feet pole even less boink. Args.
Hmm must be my laptop then. I've never had a problem with sex scenes in this game but man some of the scenes in ch 8 are unplayable for me (the animations for certain positions). I wonder if the dev did something different this time ?
Well, frame rate is much higher this time, coding wise - there're no differences.
Maybe updating drivers is worth a try?

I dont know much about rendering and frame rates but that must be why some scenes (like the jumping jack or Megan sex scenes) are really slow for me. My drivers are up to date so I guess my laptop just cant handle it? haha it is what it is.

Must be the laptop cuz mine is asus rog zephyrus g15. I don't think dev did something like if it was many people would have complained and before going through the thread that time I saw only two people having this problem or maybe he up scaled quality for better experience maybe or I don't know.
