1. I've truly HATED Jake from day one, (I hate all forced best-friend characters "trope" in these games, they're never an advantage to the MC), and the ending of the latest update. Cliffhanger with potential issues.

2. The way the ending veered into a revenge plotline by Jake. I'm not so sure that the next update won't be the last time I play this...

3. If what the Dev is going to force into the plot is, if Jake uses the drugs too "use" any MC LIs, the game is dead to me.

P.S. I don't care about the hitman's back story scenes either, who cares, unless the MC is going to fuck his wife and cuck him!

Just finished the game. Great game, awesome renders and animations.
The only thing I didn't like is that anyone can use the drugs. I agree about the hitman's plot line and hope we get to fuck his wife

This is just a theory and may not make sense but what if it's because Jake just took the pills and had so much of them that his pull is stronger than MC's that it gave Jake the control

Ah idk than my only idea is it could have worked it's way out of his system but we don't get any idea on how long the effects last. I also don't know how long it's been when he last took any it's been a while when I last played

For the same reason there are people who also hate harem, incest, futa, gay/lesbian, bdsm, femdom/maledom and any other type of content: it's simply their taste, no mystery about that, yeah is just games and not real but people play games to entertain themselfs and have some fun, so it's just logical they don't wanna play something that will not bring fun to them.
Did you also play games like, i don't know, The Last of Us or God of War? Batman Arkham? When we play these game, doesn't we want that the protagonists that we control win instead of of die? It's the same thing about porn game, just that in this case "win" means the MC have sex and get the LI's, not someone else.

I was talk more like playing these games but wanting the protagonists lose to everybody during the whole game. Like play God of War but wanting Kratos die right in the Hidra fight.

The pills seem to only work on an as the story needs basis. The entire Jake thing could have been avoided as Jake was experience strong, and dramatic, emotions. And the mom wasn't really experiencing any where near Jake's level of emotion when she got corrupted, that scene also showed us that the MC can't control it, as he was pretty adamant from the start that he not corrupt his family, but whoopsie doodles. Yet Jake was completely immune during his temper tantrum? Only part of the story that I didn't like as it wasn't consistent with MC's powers, while being unfortunately consistent with Jakes selfishness.
