It's just the Steam Version and according to the Changelog
Don't use WT mod for Steam version, it will break your game, and bork your achievements. Most of them do this unless the modder makes a special Steam version. The Ipatch works fine though, I'm using it.

You need to scroll down more. Since episode 6 remake there wasn't any new content added, but episodes 7-9 were released earlier.
AFAIK you need to be on the corruption route with Megan.
not yet he just started rendering and than with the release of the game on steam he is just now getting back into the renders for the game again so it will still be a while before we know anything about a release
I haven't played yet but based on the assumption that WT is like others. The #34 can be followed back. Go back to page 10 to see where it was set.
Be in Megan corruption path. Then in the end of episode 5, after MC and her fucking the shit oit of each other all night, she will ask you if you want her to hit on Sarah - choose yes.
