I am confused; the game here says it is chapter 2, but on Patreon, it says chapter 1. Is this truly chapter 1 loaded on this site? If so, how can I get chapter 1? On Patreon Chapter 1, episode 10 just got released.

I can see how that would be a bit confusing. It's episode 9 part 2, there are not really any chapters in this game. Kinda weird it's worded that way.

Only Megan,Sarah and the doctor.
I am pretty sure Sarah is only the extra bonus scene, I don't think she has a lewd scene in this part.
