But if I were you, I'd give this game a go anyway
I'm not a NTR fan myself either, and yet I play many games that do have avoidable NTR, and the NTR is well and truly avoidable in such games that I do play and no surprise NTR.

That part is entirely avoidable, and you have to chase after it very hard for that to happen. Unless you're dumb as a brick or you're going for that directly, you won't deal with it.

Only the ones who PAY can actually question and ask for answers about the release schedule, direction of the game etc and in a way not even that.
Now opinions on the other hand about content and if you think is good or bad or would like this changed etc, Yes no problem, but NO un-paid can not be making all this fuss over a re-make/re-render and if opinions were based on facts, yes maybe, but problem is even the opinions here ignore he said it from the start he would re render when he had better hardware!!

That was just to point the lack of logic in your post, as for cutting him some slack: personally i don't mind the rework, i will just ignore this game for 2 years and it will get either abandoned by then or it will get some new content. I would suggest other people to also cut him some slack together with cutting off support, just like i would suggest for any game doing an unnecessary rework.

This is a pirate forum, if dev wants an opinion from public he can read it, if he doesn't he can check Patreon comments.

The fact is that a game with painfully slow development that didn't need a rework is getting one, which changes it from slow updates to "on-hold" or "abandoned" rate of development, backstory might be interesting but irrelevant compared to that.

This was the earliest he could do the remastering, as I understand that he just recently managed to upgrade his PC which makes it possible. If the dev would've carried on developing new content with the same quality we were used to, then he'd have even more to remaster later on. Sure he could've made new content with improved quality, and returned back to old content later, but why? Just get it over with now so that he wouldn't need to later, and after all the remastering is done, it's all purely new content from there on out.

Simply avoid the content you don't like! If it's happening in your game - don't put your feelings to much in it.
I for myself like to be triggered and sometimes shocked with new fetishes or drama i don't expect to happen - because thats exacty what life is like.... if you had different boyfriends/girlfriends (Releationships) in real life.

Im looking forward to playing the remastered from what iv seen in some pics its a big improvement and with extra animations you are getting more content and improved writing, its not a massive game so better to make a big improvement on the game now they have better equipment to do it rather then carry on.

Almost all games are Wips, doesn't mean that you can't break something in a further chapter because of a variable that changed in a preceding one. I've seen it happen too many times with games.
