So let's just get this right. Jake has been harrassing sarah until MC asks him to stop. He catches MC fucking his mom, feels completely betrayed and makes charlie beat him to death. He escapes with pills, beats faith and then influences her. MC is hospitalized for weeks. In what way could you possibly spin the story not to be a guaranteed forced NTR scenario? on what fucking planet would Jake not immediately go and influence Sarah and Megan the morning after those events? the only way he doesn't is if he dies in his sleep, which would have been mentioned in one of the hospital visits. Fucking DOGSHIT writing.

Sarah is away at college. When she's in town she was at the hospital. Meghan was in the hospital with you. Jake is also an incel idiot.

You answered your own question. He obviously hasn't gone after Sarah in the weeks that MC has been in the hospital, despite us all knowing that she'd be his #1 target. She didn't even bring up Jake at all when she visited MC, so it doesn't seem he's even tried. So clearly something stopped Jake from doing so when he had ample time to. It's possible that maybe the drug isn't working on him anymore. Side effect of an overdose? Maybe he took too much and permanently fucked himself from overdoing it.
The next chapter is close so we'll find out soon.

Jake took a lot of pills at once.
My bet - he could be experiencing some side effects - even MC had issues at the beginning, and he started taking meds gradually.
Also Jake is an idiot.
See, there can be plenty of scenarios.

the whole thing was thrown in the trash ,the moment mc had to share black mama with duche friend(her son).....why the change in story???? it wasn´t written that way i played it the first time....i mean it´s a while but then again,why???....it´s a complete 180° turn of fans for a specific genre in vn´s....whatever, mehhhhh....

You're wrong. MC doesn't have to share Faith w/ Jake - that is a choice you as the player make early on in the game.
You can either share OR NOT. And that's the way it's been all the time, no changes there.
Playing a literal motherfucker, even in a game, is a major turn off but from what I remember that isn't forced here.
