It does work (and for Steam to, I own it), make sure you are using the multi-language one with the newest version of the game. If you are using an older version of the game, you need to use the "old" patch.

it works mate a week before i download and installed it its working
you might have messed up somewhere try again unzip both the files(game and patch)--> past the patch inside the Shut Up and Dance folder replace if asked volla you are done

does the patch still make them be referred to as Megan etc? not Mom and Sis? its jarring.. id never call my mom by her name. not sure if it ahs worked for me either.
EDIT]] Still referred to as Land Lady also. i have played hundreds of these games and never once have i failed to install the patch correctly. it just does not work.

Well, it works fine for thousands of other players, some like me, are even playing the Steam version with the patch.
I'd say it's probably a problem on your end.

I begin the games and it looks nice, i like the modelization of character, very hot.
I just sad the on first scene with Megan the footjob the feet are blurry (because the focus is not in foreground). It would be so much better to admire clear feet

I love this game, it has hot models, the sex scenes are decent, also the animations are quite well done and the story is quite interesting (for a VN). The only thing that I don't like so much is the face of Megan. The shadows (or lighting if you will) makes her cheekbones way too pronounced giving her sometimes a weird appearance IMO.
