Second question, is ipatch available in wt mod and if not, is it compatible?

It's not out yet, no (and mod isn't updated yet anyway) and yes, patch is universal anyway.

I know it hasn't come to this site yet but I was wondering if there was going to be any rework after Episode 5. I think you said there was no ipatch in wt mode and it was compatible, right?

There will be a minor update to ep. 6 (a few scenes just before MC gets his glasses - that is when Boring Games got his new GFX-card and introduced the new age-graphics that everyone's gotten used to by now)
