I think solo Sarah scene is love path. Corruption path is threesome. Obviously you can turn down threesome route and probably get solo Sarah on corruption path too.

Honestly, I don't know why that changed. Itch.io (even Steam now) are paying the same as the high-tier Patreon members. All throughout the game's cycle, Itch.io got it the same day as launch. Steam hasn't been available long enough to know the full details on that side. I mean Itch.io does come with Steam keys but that doesn't' really make up for a month's delay.
The ONLY thing extra I can tell Itch/Steam get are "extra translations" which are Chinese. No other bonuses that I can tell.
