It's been mentioned in game, I believe between mc and Sarah but that's as far as it's gone on the love route. I don't know if BG has confirmed if it will develop or not.

Yeah, the difference between the 2 routes is basically better sex on the "corruption" route. The MC isn't being an ass using the girls, it was a mistake influencing mom but as you said, he just released what was already there.
