It is a game - the choices you make will have consequences. There are several different paths you can take and they will result in different ways to experience the story.
As for the 'auto mega super cuckold mode' you are refering to I don't know what that is? There's no such thing in this game.

You actually have to jump through hoops to GET the NTR. And at that point is it really NTR because you basically have to say "I'm not interested in this character, AT ALL" to get it, and it's the character you aren't interested in, proven through your own choices" that's in the scene
