Had the same thing happen to me less than an hour into gameplay. Can't find anyone else mentioning this, so no fix apparently.
I guess I'm overthinking this, but for some reason fact that creator took effort in making sure Ayaka's appereance in CCTV updates to current Ayaka's look but repeats of oldest CCTV images show her expression as nervous/pensive even to end makes me wonder if it's just author oversight or if it's subtly supposed to communicate that this new lifestyle is not quite "for her". But it's probably oversight. lol
There's one ending that happens before "rival" manages to "escalate" things so to speak-

Ntr can be anything involving someone mc loves. Even if it's love at first sight and they never talked before or ever again.
The mc sees fmc has a potential love interest and if she finds a "boyfriend" before mc can do anything, it's ntr.
Ntr it's an all encompassing tag, that's why even this site has difficulty tagging different games and calls them all ntr.
its a good game as far as the VN type goes. i'd give it 4/5 stars.
the story is good, mechanics are interesting. etc etc. nothing in this game is the best, but it is all around good.
the major down side is pace is a lil slow. not awfully slow, just a bit slow.
this game also reminds me of the manga Metamorphosis, commonly known as 177013. kudos to the game dev for giving us a chance to change the inevitable.

Just saw this somewhere, and tried it. While I have the gist of what's going on, I barely really only know what is actually happening since I've been skipping a lot of dialogue. In anycase, I got ending A on the first try since I just basically talked to her all the time. I tried to see what'll happen if I just keep blocking the other guy, but apparently the game forces their relationship no matter how much you prevent him talking. I found it in two ways:
1. Her relationship towards the other guy will increase as the days go by, very slowly at Normal difficulty even if there's no interaction during roam mode, this is most likely due to fixed cutscenes with her that are either triggered by day or her relationship level towards him if it increases on interaction in roaming.
2. The game will make sure you'll have less time to actually interact with the feMC the more days go by or maybe the higher your relationship with her is. During lunch initially, it would take like 20~30 mins of in-game time before the other guy would interact with her, but as I got around 100 relationship(forgot what day), the day I can also confess for Ending A, it took only 3~5 in-game mins for the other guy to interact with her even at Normal difficulty, which is near impossible to beat through esp with teachers and students automatically talking to you. That means even with only 2 maps in-between the MC and the feMC, you can get beaten fast. The only way to counteract this is to reload and hope to seed RNG she'll spawn at a much nearer place and have max time of 5 in-game mins for you to get there OR have her spawn in the General Supplies store with you. For after school, I haven't experienced it yet, but I'm sure the game will also shrink the time for you to get to her.
In anycase, NTR seems inevitable in any scenario other than Ending A. I was hoping there'd be interactions with the feMC outside Ending A as her Lust actually goes to 100. I got bored after a while, so I unlocked all the scenes.

I'm not sure, seems like two guys trying to win a girl over, and the MC doesn't seem to have any past relationship with the feMC and were only mutually attracted since they were nerds, and just so happens we're controlling the MC which feels NTR. I can do that, and address a couple of other things as well.
You are correct in figuring out that the cutscenes are triggered by what day it is, but it has nothing to due with her relationship with the bull. The cutscenes are, surprising no one, written with the bull winning in the ntr game, so even if you cock block him during school, the cutscenes establish that, unlike the cuck mc, the bull meets with the fmc outside of school. Either taking her on dates or studying. It actually my biggest gripe with this game since the cuck doesn't exist in 90% of these cutscenes unless he must be, and still doesn't do anything even when he's forced to be in them.
There is a menu upgrade that I like to call "Where the fuck is she?!" that you can buy from the point store and it tells you exactly where she is in the school.
Now then to the meat. This is a type of ntr called "I saw her first" (it's the closest English translation for the name) also know as BSS. This type of ntr is targeted at the loser highschool cuck mcs that fixated on the fmc but won't do anything to announce his feelings or progress the relationship beyond "friends" if you can call it that (sound familar?) before someone else "steals" them away. It also used agaisnt childhood friends where the cuck mc thinks that nothing will come between him and the fmc, until the principal/teacher/janitor/coach upends that all.
Now with that long winded explination out of the way, here's how endings B and C are BSS type ntr. By the time you can get either endings, the bull has already "stolen" the fmc. She changes her looks for him, drops everything to be at his beck and call, has sex with him both privately and publicly, and she'll screams both in and out of sex how much she loves the bull, and the cuck never once pops into her mind outside of a scant amount of throw away lines (like how after she changes her look, she thinks about how the cuck will feel about her looking different, only to then say fuck him, the bull likes it so i'm keeping it whether the cuck likes it or not), or when she needs to keep up appearances infront of the cuck, but once he served him useless purpose of being there, she hops on the bull's cock as soon as possible. Then the game goes and fucks this all up by having endings B and C only happen because the fmc has a "secret crush" on the cuck, and accepts his confession, but this isn't hinted at anywhere except for one event, but that's a rant for another time.

you can press Q (or is it W? i forgot) to bring up her status screen. you will then be able to see what she is doing.
also, you need to have sufficient points and purchase the upgrades so it shows more information.
