My guess is the user (or where they got it from) either modified it to save space (would also explain the saves). Or to make it smaller to upload.

I find it surprising that some people went ahead and modified the game like that, ending up with a result that’s pretty questionable. They should’ve just waited for a more polished version of the update to come out, especially since the dev already releases public builds. But yeah, rushing rarely turns out to be a wise decision in my opinion.

I guess those people were so desperate for their Sicae fix that they couldn’t wait to play it even in those conditions !
