Thanks Milton. I was gonna possibly go back and try out variants with the café flag swapped and just hadn't gotten around to it yet. Wanted to get through one playthrough first. How...different is the story in other playthroughs? Am I going to pick up missing info choosing Amie over Milica or something like that? It seems like it would hit the major flags it needs to regardless of some choices made (like Palmer).

Overall story doesn't change very much if at all, only the interactions and scenes between the MC and whether you are with the girl or not. There is scenes (lewd & normal) skipped if you are not with them. I've done paths for 6 of the 7 LIs, and it's really only romance dialogue (but it is quite significantly different depending on which girl / girls you are with. (At the moment Palmer only seems to be a problem on Amie path.

For example, whether you turn Palmer down or not, it only affects the romance, it has no bearing on the overall story.

Getting the important stuff out of the way first:

#1 Kylie (to the surprise of no one)
Jasmine (Even if she ends up just being yuri bait or whatever, I really like every scene she's in and how she interacts with the MC)

Chelsea (I'll probably get shanked but it'll be worth it)
Milica/Amie (Putting them together because while I didn't go down the Amie path, I imagine it'll hold about the same level of interest)
Eva (She's finally starting to open up so I imagine her stocks will rise)
Tatum (There's no payoff here, like ep 1 Quinn from BaDIK, but even Quinn gives you access to lewd scenes with the restaurant. Tatum gives...nothing but a headache. She's fine but until there's actually some kind of shift in the dynamics of her relationship with the MC, she's near the bottom.)
Anna (Where the fuck did she go?!?)

Overall, I like it. LIs seem interesting enough, there's a lot of...hostility but I suppose it's better than people just being boring.

If I had one major complaint, it comes in Chapter 2. The chapter is quite good but has quite a few uses of quite, enough to be quite jarring and quite probably needs to be quite looked at in a passthrough.

What version is everyone playing? Because I got stuck in the free roam event at the pub unable to continue no matter what I do and seems to have happened to more ppl from what I am reading.

I was continuing an old save from chapter 1, but I don't use any wt or mods, I don't know if it's just required to start a new game anyway.

Not sure what happened but there was definitely content after the pub for me, basically the back half of chapter 2 and the beginnings of chapter 3. It ends with Kylie and MC in a classroom.

Still wtf was that whole interaction with Anthony it felt so surreal, like one moment he catches you with his wife in the toilet and the next day he orders you to go to the coffee shop where after a discussion he basically hires you? Ok, surely that's not suspicious at all... The whole thing felt a bit weird.

Well I played everything and it's like you say story is nonsensical for the most part but the girls are pretty good, I also like how some are initially rude to you I think it makes it interesting definitely prefer this over girls falling in love with you after they meet you.

My favorites were Kylie, Eva and actually Tatum who is very high in the Hot / Crazy scale but from what I played I am not even sure what kind of men she likes if she even likes men , I am not sure if Quinn would be my comparison for her although so far she seems to be using everyone.

I was trying to think of another character that starts out in an antagonistic way towards the MC but slightly mellows out. Early season Quinn was just my go-to. I'm sure if I wanted to think about it more I could come up with a better example.

Tatum is just all snark and edge with nothing redeeming yet other than her looks in a game full of women that look subjectively better. Even Chelsea with her bipolar attitude puts out at least. I'm sure something will develop down the line but I just mean for now, and back to Quinn, how we didn't know what Quinn was going to evolve into when we were just holding ep 1 of BaDIK.

Still, way too many words about Tatum when Kylie is much more fun to talk about. I do appreciate that people seem to have a degree of hostility to them instead of just immediately thinking the MC is the best thing that ever happened to them.

Yeah these games I tend to turn my brain off most of the time and just enjoy it for what it is. Cause if I actually think about what does and doesn't make sense I would be killing my enjoyment.

I actually like Tatum more than Quinn . Really my only issue with Tatum A . She needs more time to try to get to know her and figure out what kind of trauma or whatever she has been through. B. There is no off switch with her bitch mode. Unlike Chelsea who is also bitchy at least she seems to be able to turn it off here and there even if it isn't for long.

But even if Tatum doesn't get better i'll still be playing her path cause look wise she is one of the better looking LI for me. + I love how she has pierced tits.

Not really, it makes sense to me.

It's a got you by the balls thing. In his mind, because he holds something over you, he can get you to do anything he wants, and he's pretty shady, so who knows the type of things he thinks he can get you to do for him down the line. You'll basically be a slave that he can push around and you can't say no. A normal employee won't do some of the stuff he is going to get you to do. And he thinks he's got you for the next 3/4 years. (In his mind).

I didn't mind working there, because I was hoping to get close to Katrin (and Eva too of course), but since we're never at the cafe anyway, I hope we can find another job and tell him where to go. What's he gonna do if we quit?

I would understand his point if he secretly liked his wife going with others and he wants to help, but if he is actually angry at us, it was as simple as telling every employee in that small town that we are not reliable so we can't work everywhere, he even said that when he threatens us, the other option was letting us work but paying really low wages.

I have a feeling we are about to start crossing the line and being told to do illegal stuff for him. Hopefully, we will have some player agency to decide how far we are willing to go. (Or maybe I'm giving too much credit, and it is what it is.)

Well random thought here, but I think Tatum issue is going to be that she believes she is fully lesbian as shown with Chelsea and that other girl she got laid with at that small celebration they did, but doesn't take any of her relationships seriously and is just taking advantage of everyone.

Then at some point she will realize she caught up feelings with the MC as she has shown hints of being interested in us everytime she comes to speak. When this happens all her previous relationships will realize she has been using everyone.

IF this is the case, it will be funny to see how Chelsea takes this second betrayal if she was already using a knife on the first, she may come with a shotgun for this one

Anyway, this is just what I think from what we have seen until this point.
