Beebee, the creator, said in a comment on the latest Fanbox post that he hopes to have level 4 ready between the end of June or the end of July.

let alone trying to figure out porting this shitty engine to mobile/android, this game itself is not even finished
Maybe, I'll wait and see when it updates on his Kemono. Or if someone has a link to drop here.
