I only played this game once, over a year ago now. Found the gameplay to be clunky and slow so haven't gone back. That said, this guy's art is top-notch and I follow his ci-en page. SO creative! I mean seriously, he came up with this as an enemy/weapon

Is anyone having issues with running the demo? Even if I click the game multiple times, it never starts for some reason. Am I missing out on something?

You need to be captured.
Not sure if losing to random enemies at certain stages counts but there should be couple big ogres like this one on your path. Each one will dominate you and throw you into a sex dungeon (three varieties).
First level of that stage - if you get fucked by this ogre, you reject modernity and go back to Monke.
Second level (two ogres?) - if you get fucked by him, you get captured and bred by goblins.
Last level (third, before the final boss) - last ogres get you for themselves, that's where the animation comes from.
None of it is a game over, it is more like temporary rollback to the beginning of the level where you've got captured (you can abuse it to restore health if you know you gonna lose anyway).

Tbh I've never got that scene, it was always instead the reverse full nelson, and a mating press if you're caught while still with a full belly.

Same here, never got that scene, its probably a scrapped one or one that you should get if you leave the room while still having the bondage clothes but you actually cant, idk if there is anyway of using cheatengine to bypass the totem that returns your clothes

What does it mean "all the fixes"? This error means you haven't done what is asked of you - provide msvcp120.dll library.
The dlll is part of the C++ 2013 Redistributable, did you download and install BOTH the x86 and x64bit versions of that C++ Redistributable? Then restart your PC to make sure.
If still persists - check System32, SysWOW64, and the game folder. System catalogues should have that dll after you properly install your stuff - then copy-paste one of the file into your game folder. This solves literally 99.99999% issues.
If it still persists, somehow, just install vc2015 (always both x86 and x64). Rinse and repeat.

I can't stress it enough - you are doing something wrong. You are missing a step. This error is not coming out of nowhere - it is the result of not finding the right library. Try copying one of the files from SysWOW64 into gamefolder...if it doesn't work, do the one from the System32. These are two different files and often both are required by games.
