Because I have the same problem - can't run game from "main" executable, but it works fine with OST_Game-Win64-Shipping.exe.
And yes, I have C++ libraries installed.

Really, mine hits easy 80 fps on it's highest settings. Have no issues, maybe try updating your driver.

You can easily have more than 60 fps with both rt and FHD.


As the game is not optimized well (probably not at all), UHD and QHD might kill this gpu and fps

Im playing on i5-12400 with RTX 3070Ti 8GB and on High settings with RT - around 60/70 fps View attachment 2593420
Im using 80% because someone type eariler that on 100% often crashes so. 20% less for having >60fps - yeah
