Why every time I go down in the bikini the mom stops me? They're supposed to be gone, but when I go down the story reverts back to that, and I have to play through it again... Idk if I missed something, or if it's an annoying bug. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm on a fresh save, I can't go back to a previous one as suggested earlier.

I'm on day 2 and done that like 5 times now, every time I go downstairs with the parents gone, the mom still pops up to stop me. It's reverting back to day 1 when you first tried to go to the pool.

Is the game bugged or something, she wen't for a jog,spied on the streamers again,got caught by the cop lady,Kira said she sprayed her ankle,teleported to home,and can't do anything else,can't go inside the house,there's that dog there but I can't interact with him ?

i do the prologue page up til it says "day one" at teh bottom. then i go to the next day which is labeled "day one monday" or soemthing like that and i can't look out the window, i can't pick up the binoculars, i can't open the "brothers" door. i can't take a selfie....etc.

EDIT: ok, i just looked at the prologue pdf again and it's totally different than the one i saw earlier today/yesterday. I didn't have the info for the day where you talk to walter outside the garage. Maybe the link on the OP has changed to a later version?

I updated my original walkthrough post which changed all the files because I made small adjustments to each page. What you saw was for last update version where we didn't have as much in the prologue. Prologue is also consisting of multiple times where you go to bed now but it's still under the "Prologue" part of the game and not the "Day 1" section yet.

This is why I said I might have to start adding breaks within the "Prologue" section of the walkthrough because it has multiple days within it. I don't know if Auril will eventually label these Prologue days differently which is why I hesitate, but after next update I might say "Prologue: Day 1, Day 2, etc." and then "Main: Day 1" or something. I don't know if it will necessarily help without Auril labeling the days though but we'll see.

i can tell now easily which one i need. But when i clicked it the first time the link on the original post took me to the old walkthrough. Now it takes me to the correct one. Not sure who changed that link, but it's fine now.

I get stuck in VR scene where you need to put the wine bottle on the table. I've tried reloading and still doesn't work.

If the walkthrough that's linked could add pictures that would be really appreciated. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out that the "red container" is actually a game controller or something box. I was thinking it was one of the actually red containers

I think I am on like day 2 where you find the key to the sons room in the garage and the dog is outside on the patio.... it looks like I am supposed to get something out of the frig but when I open the frig nothing is clickable. I am stuck again, please someone help. I want to like the game but just getting more and more frustrated.

Can't seem to trigger the shower scene - bathroom door remains closed and non-interactive after going through the entire house and interacting with everything that can be interacted with.

Any suggestions?

PS - the included save file is borked.

Firstly, you can't open it in game because it's named wrong - it should be Tape10.save, not Save10.

However, making that change proves equally worthless, because as soon as you name it correctly and open it in-game, MC appears with no face, frozen in mid step, in the middle of the sky, with what looks like a 3d landscape of the game map that is flying vertically away from you. You can rotate freely, but that's it.

Got soft locked. Friday, going through the recovered footage, watched all the videos but can't exit the screen. Excellent. Well it was an interesting idea while it lasted. Maybe it'll be less of a mess in the future. Good luck everyone
