after the cat is fed I have to take the phone to order pizza. The phone is on my desk, but I can't take it. Is this a bug or do I have to do something else?

And repeatedly asking for one won't make any difference, aside from clustering the thread with the same message, over and over again.
The WT describes I should first watch TV and then get the phone. The only TV I can interact with at the moment is with the Playstation. I can't turn on the home cinema, the TV in the bedroom and dining room.
Wasn't it actually the case that you first order the pizza and then watch TV in the home cinema? I'm afraid the game is bugged.

Now when you mentioned it, yes you call the pizza place, then you watch a movie while playing with the remote, then fall asleep, wake up because of the door ringing. And there is the Pizza delivery girl
But aren't there more than one phone you could use?
I could put my anger aside with this no save rubbish and download and try myself but I'm sharing a slow internet with limited bandwidth at the moment.

Kira's phone is on her desk and then downstairs is the landline phone where the call was answered by the mother. But I can't interact with either phone, and I can't watch a TV before ordering pizza, as the WT now describes.
That's no good...
I'll look into it when I'm on the "land line". Meanwhile I hope someone else(or you) finds out why this doesn't work.
I can't get the phone to read the message. Desk bugged? Had no problems on earlier days to get acces to de desk.

I agree with your frustration completely. It's what kept me from playing some of Auril's games too.
That said, Imma try the game to see it's scenes tho. lol

You cant interact with them, the pants you need are under the TV counter in the basement.

As always the biggest issue is the replay, with little content making this all the worse, dashing through the same stuff again and again for a few seconds of new content is insane...especially if you are a patreon follower.

Paying for unfinished games is a risky thing. The developer has already completed projects like Blue is Better 1, but if you want money, you should also deliver quality. And if there is no save option, then that is missing quality.
and the developer should not change previous things which then leads to bugs like that you can no longer interact with the phone.

I actually wonder how much is made each month and how much they might be sitting on, slicing it up for the very short (almost pointless) monthly updates. Updates like a completed VR scene, which I barely registered as updated. But hey they're still getting the money so most people must happy with what they are getting.
