Used to able to run this without any problems, now when I first load in the mirror is all glitched and I'm lagging a lot. Seems to be a common problem though from checking previous posts (other than a few who can't help but flex their setups). Seems optimization has gone downhill.
Any new content since 0.28b? The game is kinda long and often bugs out if you do some things before others (Bethseda inspired?) So I just want to quickly test the new stuff

usually, at least with the latst builds, there are savegames inside with each day, tape 1 is first day, tape 2 is second and so on. It's almost impossible to to go through the whole game without a bug currently so I advice on closing and starting the game again for each day or at least until you walked around in the dream sequences.

no idea, new update is usually about 2 months and a half after the previous so could be looking at October

Oh, thank you, last update is at July (0.29b), and it usually 2 months, so i count that , then it will release at this month, from 0.29b- 0.30b , but in real.... teaser
sorry I meant to say TWO months and a half - the schedule moved from 1 to 2 months but the vast majority of time it's actually been a little later. IIRC last year the update was due in September but released in October for Halloween.

I always get freeze in this game. I get around 40 fps with medium quality. Anyone now how to fix this?

It's not a glitch. It's an Auriel certified feature! Broken RTX. It used to work, before he "fixed it" and tanked the game.
It's a terribly performing game for everyone. You can go windowed and play the game in lower res, set everything to low.
Performance is literal ass for anyone who isn't rocking at least a RTX 4090, 128 GB of DDR5 RAM and a Core i9 13900K. Auril keeps piling on more and more tricks UE5 can do, but isn't optimizing anything. It's like taking a decent car, stuffing it full of more and more features until everything starts to go haywire and expecting the customer to just drive slower when the engine starts billowing black smoke.

I assure you people on 4090's and all the best gear have issues too.. It's not a hardware issue, it's a game issue.
But you're absolutely 100% correct, this is exactly what's happening.
"Load Limit Exceeded by 1100%"
Sadly it's what's going on with most UE5 games here. But it certainly isn't a beginner friendly engine. It's not a bad engine, but seems like the learning curve is too steep even for experienced game studios.
But.. I'll take it any day over Unity.
