Yo very good game gave it 5 stars but something that rly bothered me is how the black bunny rabbit happend in regards to the sotry and all

Thsi should be 100% separare from the landlord arc. First we have silk, who lives in a random ass neighborood needing to pay the landlord in other ways. Fine, classic stuff, fun. Then we learn this landlord is a psycho. Ok, still fit in great. Than he has a secret mind controling device.. uuhhh, bit of a stretch but still okay.. but not only that, its also related to hydra?.. what? And it doesnt end here, we find out he is a villain, and he is from a super duper powerfull faamily of villains, who are also connected to hydra, and he is also responsible for said device, and he figured out mc real identity, and he is a mastermind rich ass guy. Who is a landlord. To a random middleclass building. Before silk was even silk, so just a coincidence. And his whole plan to get to silk is that she conviniently doesnt pay the bills and is succeptible to blackmail... To many ands

I know its just a porngame, but since this one focus a lot on story, it kinda matters. Not to mention I was rly enjoying landlord stuff, it was the best arc, until the mindcontrol kinda shifted it to a completly different thing. Then it got a little bit to much idk

Both arcs would gain a lot from being separate. Make the blacck bunny guy a vilain that only gets to her because he actively searched and figured ou her identity, and then blackmails her about using the mind control device, without elling its a mind control device or sum like that. Make the landlord just a bdsm kinda guy without it geting that dark. Would be better

I appreciate the feedback! Perhaps you're right that it was a bit contrived but I should make some clarifications here. Silvio (the landlord) is a character of manipulating opportunities to favor him. While his wealth is not explicitly stated yet, being a high ranking member of the Maggia comes with many benefits such as nigh-limitless power, influence, money, and connections. Silk will learn that he, and his organization, control a TON of space in the city. In the grand scheme of things, her renting from a Maggia-related character was pretty high. That in mind, there really were only a couple of true "coincidences" in the story.
1 - That she wouldn't pay rent. and 2 - That she was a superhero.

1 isn't a huge deal because Silvio can and will extort any person unable to pay rent, not just Cindy. I plan to have a path where if you don't get extorted by Silvio, you eventually learn he has been doing this to several other characters, giving you the opportunity to stop him.

2 is admittedly a bigger deal. However, Silvio never set out to torture Silk because he knew she had powers. Initially, he was just having fun as he would have with any girl that didn't pay rent. When he learned about the gift that had fallen into his lap, he knew he'd be a fool not to take advantage. Part of the reason that the events are supposed to take place with a week in between is to give this narrative time to work. If memory serves, it canonically takes him over a month to learn her identity and another month to devise and create a plan to turn her into his servant. His dubious connections and money make his plan possible.

For the record, I don't think any of your criticisms are invalid, I just wanted to explain my line of thinking when making the content. If you still don't like the way the story turned out, that's totally fine! However, I have no plans to rewrite the content because I am personally very happy with how it's turned out. It will benefit from some retroactive foreshadowing down the line as well as some more scenes post-rabbit that are more in line with the original landlord content, so keep an eye out for those!

Other than that, I'm happy that you're enjoying the game overall!

Mind control is pretty prominent as you get deeper into the landlord's questline, which can be done by not paying rent. While not in the game yet, there are also planned scenes with characters such as Mysterio involving Mind Control so once it's all said and done, there should be a pretty good amount.

Hey all,

Sorry about the lack of updates. Uni has been taking up most of my time but now that I'm into the swing of things, I should have time to work on more of the game. However, even if I was at full capacity to code, things are going to be a bit slower now that we have entirely transitioned to original art. I don't know if I'll have a new Monday update every week, but I will try to find some ways to fill the void, so-to-speak.

Art creation is coming along at a steady pace. Elsa and Ghost-Rider are now fully rendered and will just need some polish such as expressions and, for Robbie, clothing. Elsa in particular looks drop-dead gorgeous - just look at that hair! After these are finished, Scorpion will be finished up next and then we will finally start on some scenes.

It's safe to say I underestimated the amount of time it would take to transition to original art, so I apologize if we aren't meeting the set expectations. I don't think we'll have the content ready for a mid-September release like planned so I do think a late-September or even October release is looking more likely.

Regardless, I am extremely excited for what we have planned!

Interesting point, they could quite easily be linked via stat changes instead (ie, separate stories, but symbiotic in the sense that having both options speeds up unlocking events). I would argue the underlying issue is neatly fitting storylines into each act. It honestly seems like the back half of the Black Bunny storyline needs to be in Act IV... or possibly the entire symbiote story?

At what point do competing costume story lines become mutually exclusive? At what point is replayability required/necessary due to storyline divergence? Not offering answers, it's the dev's decision. But if you try to please everyone you just end up with Something Unlimited... 10 years deep and it's devolved into a visual novel that is too busy eating itself to finish the meal.

A quick and dirty solution would be to split the landlord character into like a building manager/super and the building's owner.

Monday Update

Hello all,

Sorry that it's been a bit since the last update! I've been extremely busy with university. The class load was significantly more than I was expecting so I really only have a few hours to work on the game in any given week.

That said, there has been very little coding and writing done. However, while I can't work on the game as much, all of our art is being commissioned now! That means that even while I'm not working on the game, there is still a good amount of content being created. With my limited time, I've gotten just about all of the new art game ready.

As a reminder, in exchange for a shorter development cycle, this upcoming update will be fairly small in comparison to what we normally ship. This is all experimental but I do plan to return to larger, more significant updates after the Christmas update.

We currently have the art for 4 scenes ready for this update along with several character introductions:
