It looks like something I don't know about Renpy, because I always thought that when I specify HEX I must have a # character, otherwise it is interpreted as an error. What is the error exactly? I just can't see any problem. Maybe I don't know something about Ren'Py. Thank you.
This is also true for specifying color in HTML/CSS, so since I've been using HTML and CSS it looks like an error to me.
And the same for Renpy. I was surprised that I didn't get an exception for no #, so I decided to check if writing HEX without # was allowed, but I couldn't find any information about that.

Perhaps Renpy can ignore this error and not raise an exception, but syntactically it is still an error. The color should be in #rgb, #rgba, #rrggbb, or #rrggbbaa format.
But in addition to the above colors in the screensGame file (which do not have #) there are other tags that have the # symbol in them, so this might confuse you further because you are using different entry forms for the same tag.
