thats when shes working there and offering you meat/veggy sandwitch , when you choose meat you got progression with hugs and after you have done 1st sex mission -> follow progression with sex and talk with baby.
but not sure which one gives you love points, do that one till you max out 1st stage 30/31 and then do veggy till she comes to office to take you with her to 1st sex .

You can use blue pill with elena but you have choose pill first time you get that choice, also with Julia you can use it

Sasha only works on tuesdays and she comes to your office I think someone said you needed certain love points to start triggering scenes,once you have new house sasha show up more times.

If you looked at tasks it said to go to police and apply for citenzenship last, but I think someone did that then did the other stuff. To go to new house you have meet certain requirements, make sure no girl in house are visible pregnant. I had wait like 2 weeks. If you in sandbox mode and want to see scenes that happen find my upload file have it saved when you get option to move to new house,don't have many babies maybe like 10-12
