Something similar happened to me, when I reported that she gave birth I was never able to visit her again, but when I made the transfer I can visit her without problems and, in fact, I already got her pregnant.

I had this issue as well and asked Mego Lono about it. It is not a bug. There is a coded limit to her giving birth. Talk to her at least 7 times after she arrives. The easiest way to do that is stop into her room each morning before you even have breakfast so it isn't advancing time.

Do that and it will activate her delivery scene.

I remember banging her quite a few times,just don't know which days but did bang her a few times,if you still with that problem let me see save,I have my own save in new house with all girl,but make sure it's in save 3rd page have saves in page 1and2 that I'm using for testing,don't send me your persistant file just save
