There is very little new content in the 0.4 update, and nothing sexy. All it does is introduce your new apartment and work place.

I think the move happened way too abruptly, there was still plenty of story content possible in the MC's home town. We never go on an actual second date with Moko for instance, we should have seen some action with her and Suzy!
