Since there seem to be no guide for it anywhere can someone tell me what to do in the open world chapter after we got the pharmacy permit? I had my guy take 2 pills, disappointed there was no sex scene to insert that big dick into any girl, hoping there is a way but still no idea how to start making the pills, got a car, gun permit, gun, afer scene where I hired the goon that robs us at the strip club and after scene with the bodyguard who thought our place was a brothel, can't seem to progress after that, just getting some new scene from time to time when I visit the day or night time girls that do massage, can't seem to fuck the reception girl, living with 3 in the house all pregnant, moko, the one that broke her hand in 1st chapter and the escort we tracked, not sure if there is a way to have had another one in there, still trying to fuck maria and the two neighbor but I can only reach paola and not the other one that visits you, also how does one go about fucking moko's friend she inivites once, the stripteasers from the club and the waitress from the club?

yeah there is no pharmacy permit so far , that i would get, you get 1 pill from there i think and thats it
you get later on one per day on job , once you build lab, just play do what computer tells you , takes time there is grind, and time
you can use console till then if you want pills

I thought I got it at the police station, and I seem to have gotten 5, 1 tested at pharmacy, do they have any use? Can't seem to trigger their use during sex scenes in the bedrooms.

well i did try around permit but so far it seems that there is no story progression on that part, its in no use anyway
any use pills ? sure you got double chance of imprenation , and its been some updates since i was able to use any too, they worked for 1st or 2nd kid , but not after.
But he basically jerks of in the bathroom after using them and then it's back to normal, I meant to fuck the girls with the bigger dick, is that possible or at least planned? I've not seen any mentions of that in the changelog.

yeah bathroom was 1 scene, where mc tests the pills, you can eat from 1 to 3 i think, after at some point you can use them on girls only 1 per scene, you get bigger dick and you get to cum 2x which increases the pregnancy chance, that was the case up to the point of 2nd birth or could be even before that dont remember , after even i couldnt use the pills , we will have to see what next update brings where there will be up to 5 kids for main game and
am assuming but that could be pills again in effect, will see

I stopped playing this a while back but seeing you can get a bunch of women pregnant and they give birth, can you actually interact with the baby's like take them out with the Li or is it like they have the baby then not much else happens and is ema and James still together or has mc gotten her at this point

As far as I remember, interaction with the baby is when you go to check LI's room, and if they were breastfeeding the baby, MC can kinda ask how is the baby's and LI's condition and stuff like that. And sometimes you can join breastfeeding too
