Betty hints at wanting her first time to be special or someone special if memory serves correctly. So yeah, there are a few exceptions that prove the rule.

Sasha starts off as a brainwashed hipster that turns to the MC's benefit.

Betty is a case of the girl that wasn't naive enough to be taken advantage of and got booted from school for it. It's why I'm happy megalono offered a route that put an end to Moko's meddling ways. And i think you need to replay MC has never seen Anna before its something hes best friend set up for him, the first time they see one another is when you can fuck her or drop her route, it will take you less then 5 mins to get to that point in the game so just try it and see that im right, theres i dunno like max 10 dialogs if that between Anna and MC befor they end up in bed, so yeah in my eyes a whore when shes that easy and just broke up with her boyfriend as well.

And how you dont see a prostitute as a whore i dont know but i do and i think most would, her website was still up MC contacts her via her escort website then after MC pays got BJ and sex with her and you still call her after all that, she will tell MC she stopped donig the escort service and only want to see him and date him going forward, but to me an ex prostitute is still a whore and not something you lose just from not doing it anymore, one a killer always a killer you cant change the past.
